Packaging process of cosmetic gift box

1. the glue process
It is a surface processing technology after printing, also known as printing glue, printing laminating or post-printing film, which refers to the use of a laminating machine to cover a layer of transparent plastic with a thickness of 0.012-0.02mm film on the surface of the printed produc, and form a paper-plastic box product processing technology.

2. the oil process (varnish, dumb oil, UV varnish)
It is to coat (or spray, print) a layer of colorless and transparent paint (glazing oil) on the surface of the printed matter. After leveling, drying and calendering, a thin and uniform transparent bright layer is formed on the surface of the printed matter. Glazing includes overall glazing, partial glazing, glossy glazing, matte glazing and special paint glazing.

3. polishing process
The polishing process is carried out on two machine for varnish coating and hot pressing. The printed matter is first coated with varnish on an ordinary glazing machine, and after drying, it is hot-pressed by the stainless steel belt of the calender. After cooling and peeling, the surface of the printed matter forms a mirror reflection effect to obtain high gloss.

4. reverse UV process
Reverse glazing is relative to traditional spot glazing. It can make the high-gloss effect of mirror surface and the non-high-gloss effect of matt surface or pockmark surface exist on the same printed product at the same time, forming a stronger contrast in brightness, so that the glazing can achieve a better effect. At the same time, because the non-high-light parts are printed by offset printing, the overprinting is very accurate, which also ensures the printing accuracy of the high-light parts.

5. embossing process (refractive, deep embossing)
A post-processing process in which the paper is pressed against the plate cylinder and the impression cylinder, and the product has various lines (the surface of the product has uneven lines of various shapes).

6. hot stamping process
It is a process in which metal foil is transferred to the surface of printed matter or other items by hot pressing to increase the decorative effect.

7. cold bronzing process
It is a process of transferring metal foil to the surface of printed matter or other items without heating, only through pressure and the force of bonding and peeling, so as to increase the decorative effect.

8. rubbing process
It is the process of printing the writing or pattern with a certain paste, applying golden yellow metal powder while it is still wet and letting it adhere, and then wiping off the excess powder to reveal the golden text or pattern.

9. rolling gold process
It is a process of applying the paste on the edges of various books, then applying the golden yellow metal powder while it is still wet and letting it adhere to reveal the golden text or pattern.

10. strike craft
It is a special process technology in the surface finishing of printed matter. It is suitable for negative (concave) and positive (convex) molds, and mechanically exerts pressure that exceeds the elastic limit of the printed matter substrate to perform artistic processing on the printed matter surface. Enhance the three-dimensional sense of printed graphics.

11. silk screen process
Including UV frosting, UV ice flower, UV foaming, UV wrinkle, UV embossing, UV refraction, UV gemstone, UV light fixing ink, UV varnish and other UV processes.

12. die-cutting process

13. punching process
The diameter of the hole is large and the number of holes is small. There are two methods: manual and machine punching. Each punching action can penetrate more than one substrate with a certain thickness.

14. indentation process
It is a processing technology that uses steel wires to emboss marks on the paper, or leave groove marks for bending.

Quality precautions for cosmetic gift boxes

1. Select glue with higher solid content, properly strengthen the adhesive force of glue, and use a thinner glue layer to achieve better bonding effect. It is better to have an anti-overflow glue system on the equipment to reduce the phenomenon of glue overflow.​​

2. Arrange skilled operators to carry out production operations, and require them to operate in a standardized manner, so that they can be in place at one time, so as to reduce the probability of the carton being shut down to wipe the glue during the production process.​​

3. When proofing, it is necessary to measure the expansion and contraction rate of the paper after absorbing the glue, so as to modify the relevant die according to the expansion and contraction rate when die-cutting the surface paper, so as to offset the expansion and contraction of the paper.​​

4. Control the temperature and humidity of the workshop. Each process is equipped with a dehumidification link, so that the entire production line can maintain a relatively constant humidity, so as to reduce the expansion and deformation of the paper.
