Label design is an important part of toy packaging, which can convey more important explanatory information to consumers and allow consumers to understand the product more clearly.

The CE ( or other local standard ) mark of the toy, its name or trademark or logo, and the full address of its manufacturer or its authorised representative or purchaser shall be visibly, clearly and indelibly affixed to the small toy or its packaging. In the case of toys or small toy parts, the same packaging method as above must be used, and a detailed description should be drawn on the label or instructions for use.

Warnings and signs to pay attention to when using toys: toys suitable for children under 36 months old, small toys have certain risk factors, so a clear warning must be given. For example: “Not suitable for children under 36 months of age” or “Not suitable for children under three years old”.

Matters needing attention in the production process of toy color boxes

• When cutting the toy color box, if the cutting is rough and uneven, it will cause a large scrap rate. It is also one of the factors affecting the quality of the finished product. Therefore, attention should be paid to the selection and use of materials and tools. Pay attention to the cutting strength of each sheet.
• During the printing process, coating, bronzing, UV, printing color difference deviation is large, and the printing content is missing or blurred and irregular, which is not allowed. In our common prints, the more complex the print, the greater the chance of errors in the production process.
• Pay attention to the uniform force in the indentation area when pressing the line to avoid obvious or hidden cracks at the indentation. After pre-folding, indentations and bursts in the production process will not only affect the aesthetics of the box, but also seriously affect its quality.
• Pay attention to use an appropriate amount of glue for bonding, and the bonded cardboard should be neat and not cracked. The same is true for nails, which also need to be neatly arranged and beautiful. During the post-bonding pressurization and stabilization process, care should also be taken to avoid indentations and obvious bursting.
