What is color box

Different type of structure for color boxes

1. Double-insert color box packaging
Double-insert color box packaging is a packaging color box with sockets on both sides. Generally, toothpaste boxes and tube lamp boxes use this structure more.
2. Lock bottom color box packaging
The lock bottom color box packaging is developed on the basis of the plug-in color box packaging, and it is only necessary to change the plug-in bottom cover to a locking structure. Compared with the plug-in color box packaging, the packaging volume of the same size saves the insertion structure of the bottom cover, so it is more economical.
3. Double lid lock bottom color box packaging
Double-lid lock-bottom color box packaging, as the name implies, has two lids. The advantage of the two lids is that when the product is heavy, it has a hand port, and the bearing capacity of the double lids will be better.
4. Portable color box packaging

Color packaging box surface treatment process

1. Coating glue. The purpose is to be waterproof, storage-resistant, and good-looking. Coating glue refers to a glue that binds the bopp film to the paper. At present, there are two ways to film the printing and packaging products in China One is water-based paint and the other is oil-based paint.
2. Stamping. At present, the hot stamping method of color box packaging is electrochemical aluminum foil hot stamping. The main methods are heating and pressing. The characteristics of stamping are clear pattern, beautiful appearance, bright color and wear resistance. It can be used to highlight products, highlight themes, show dignity, etc., especially for trademarks, logos, business names, etc. that need to be particularly prominent.
3. The concave and convex impression. Concave and convex stamping is an important process in the post-package printing process, and it is a printing method without ink. When pressing the concave and convex, use a set of intaglio and letterpress corresponding to the male and female of the text, place the printed matter in the middle, and then apply greater pressure to squeeze the relief intaglio and letterpress graphics.
4. UV grinding. UV grinding is a post-press process that uses ultraviolet light to dry and solidify ink. UV technology transmits patterns and texts to the surface of the printed wrapping paper through UV, making it distinctive, especially for local prints such as trademarks, logos, and corporate names.

Color box production process

1. Design
This stage is mainly completed by you, the designer and the printing factory. First of all, according to your own requirements, you and the advertising company, or your own internal designers, design the packaging and printing documents, and complete the selection of packaging materials at the same time.
2. Out of film
Send the design files to our printing factory, and our printing factory and the film company will produce the film.
3. Printing
After our printing factory gets the film, the printing is determined according to the size of the film, the thickness of the paper, and the color of the printing.
4. Making knife molds and mounting pits
The production of the die should be determined according to the knife mold and the printed semi-finished product. A good die determines the appearance and shape of the color box. The mounting pit is mainly used on the pit box. Select the pit paper according to your requirements and stick it together with a special machine. .
5. Appearance treatment of printed matter
This appearance treatment is mainly to beautify the surface, including lamination, bronzing, UV, oil polishing and so on.
6. Molding
Use machinery, die cutters etc to die-cut the color box to form the basic style of the color box.
7. Gluing
It is to use glue to glue the parts of the color box that need to be fixed and connected according to the mold or design style.
